Dill (Anethum graveolens) is an annual of the parsley family.  A medium-sized herb with small feathery leaves and yellow flowers.  Dill seeds are typically sun dried and have a clean odor that is faintly reminiscent of caraway.  Pungent and pleasantly aromatic.
