Shipping & Returns


Shipping/Delivery Times

Orders that are posted before 12pm will be processed same day. All orders posted after 12:00pm will be processed next day. Most equipment will be dropped shipped directly from the manufacturers. We will keep a limited amount of our more popular models that will be shipped directly from the San Angelo warehouse. Once we receive an order we will notify you via email that the order has been received. We will then send out another email with a shipment confirmation as soon as our manufacturers have notified us that the order has been shipped out to location. At this time we will provide a tracking number to allow the customer to track down the order and get an estimated delivery time. Occassionally shipments are delayed due to product availability. If any delay has occured we will send out an email to the customer to inform them of the status of their order. DeCoty chooses the most efficient shipping method for each order. Most orders will be shipped via Fed Ex ground. Large items maybe shipped via truck. Orders normally will arrive within 3-10 business days. Occassionally, additional shipping charges may apply to some locations. DeCoty only ships to the 48 contiguous states.



Equipment and non-electrical parts are returnable if you have not used them, but you must request a Return Authorization within two weeks of receipt of the order. The item must be returned to the San Angelo warehouse within 30 days of purchase. To arrange return the customer can contact us at 1-800-588-8001 or email us at sales@decoty.com. The customer will provide their name and order number. We will provide the customer with an Authorization Number (RA). Equipment must be returned in the original unopened packaging to receive a refund. Equipment that breaks under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. A refund will be credited to the customer's credit card within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be the invoiced price of the equipment minus our original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned product. When you purchase a piece of equipment and it does not work properly, and any time within the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the equipment without charge according to the terms of their warranty. If the shipment is damaged during transit to the customer, the customer must contact us immediately. All items are covered against faulty design and damage during shipping. Some special order items will be charged a 25% restocking fee if the item is returned for reasons other than faulty design or damage during shipping.
