Used in sausages and poultry seasonings.

Sage (Salvia officinalis) is a well established culinary herb.  Its oblong leaves are 1 1/2" long, grayish-green and have a hairy appearance and pebbly texture.  Dried Sage leaves are highly aromatic and fragrant with a pungent and slightly bitter taste.
